Jacob Pille is proud to be a new Managing Director for Generation Homes Northland, building on his 20 years’ experience in the industry to now manage the business.
He got his first carpentry job when he left school with his now business partner David Skudder and has stepped up as part of the management development programme Generation Homes has in place to promote from within.
Jacob grew up in Kerikeri and now lives in Waipu with his family, where he serves his community as a volunteer Senior Firefighter.
He’s ambitious to double the number of homes Generation Homes Northland builds in a year and develop his people leadership and business skills, while benefitting from David’s mentoring.
