At Generation Homes, we would like to thank people who refer customers on to us.

Become a Generation Homes Referrer

At Generation Homes we understand that word-of-mouth is the best referral – so we would like to thank those people who refer customers on to us.

Refer a family member or friend to Generation Homes and we will thank you with a $2000 reward. And like our building process, we like to keep our Referral Programme simple. If you know of someone who is thinking about building, simply fill in the form and if the person you refer builds a new home with us, we pay you $2000.

Remember to keep the unique code that is emailed to you in a safe place and provide it to your family member or friend so that they can quote your name and code when they start talking with us.

Terms & Conditions

  • You will be issued with a Unique Code that must be quoted to our sales team at the beginning of your family member or friend’s engagement with us.
  • You can only enrol in the Generation Homes Referral Programme once. Unique codes may be used more than once.
  • Referrals for new customers can either be received in writing or via email to a Generation Homes sales consultant, or given verbally at the beginning of their engagement with us, but all communications must quote your unique code.
  • Payment will be made once the new build contract has gone unconditional and the deposit has been paid.
  • Each payment is to the referrer only and is for NZD$2000.
  • Payment can only be made to a referrer enrolled in our program.
  • Only one referrer is accepted per new home build customer.

If you are under 18 years of age, we are legally required to make payment to your parents.
