Open and honest communication from the start with Generation Homes was what secured them the contract to build our home. The ability to set a fixed price and a fixed move in date was key to us signing with Generation, and they never missed a deadline. This, compared to other building solutions who could not fix prices without a “this may occur” and “this may not” scenario was not what we wanted.
Our consultant, Hamish, was patient, very knowledgeable and incredible to work with through the design process, allowing our vision to come to life while also guiding us throughout the build to make sure everything was attended too perfectly. We also met other Generation staff during our build as they came into assist with design, colours, kitchens etc. and all were a credit to the organisation.
Generation Homes is a top-notch company that exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
