This is a permanent full-time role based in the Matamata/ Waipa area. You'll play an integral part in supporting our sales team and managing customer relationships throughout the building process. About the Role:

  • Provide after-sales support, manage customer relationships, and ensure a smooth building process.
  • Guide customers through the building process, from initial sales to final handover.
  • Offer colour consultation services to customers.
  • Aim for top-tier CSAT scores and address any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, assist with the design process, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.
  • Work alongside the sales and management teams to create a positive, high-performance environment.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the building or construction industry
  • Able to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage customer expectations throughout the building journey
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customers have an outstanding experience
  • Competence in using MS Office, CRM systems, and other tools relevant to the role
