Generation Homes is proud to continue its sponsorship of the Chiefs Super Rugby team. We first signed a major sponsorship deal with the Chiefs in 2013 and have many reasons to continue this happy partnership.

Formerly known as the Waikato Chiefs, The Chiefs are one of Super Rugby’s five New Zealand sides. Based in Hamilton, their home ground is Waikato Stadium.

As part of our sponsorship The Chiefs players wear the Generation Homes logo and the number 14 on their training jerseys during the week – reflective of the company’s fixed price, 14-week build guarantee.

The Chiefs are renowned for being a family-driven organisation. These principles align with Generation Homes’ own family values of building and growing communities across New Zealand.

This year Generation Homes was pleased to welcome Chiefs’ first five-eighth Aaron Cruden as an ambassador for the company.  Aaron and his wife Grace built a home with Generation over a 14 week period in mid 2015 – you can see how it went for them here.

Generation Homes Chief Executive, Kevin Atkinson says, “As an established national company we are proud to be associated with an iconic team. Having Aaron on board as ambassador is a perfect fit for us. He shares our strong family values and, alongside his wife Grace, represents one of our key target markets – young, professional couples.”

Chiefs CEO Andrew Flexman says “We are excited to work with Generation Homes. What became very clear to us early on in our dealings is that they are a business founded on the same kind of principles that we at the Chiefs hold dear, and that living by these principals is the basis of their long term success as it is for us.”
