On Saturday 9 March we are opening the doors to our new show home in Halswell Commons. We'd love for you to come along and join us for barista coffee, delicious food, and to show off our beautiful new design.
Overlooking a reserve, this new concept in show homes includes a two-storey home separated yet interconnected to its garage with a self-contained apartment above. The main building has four bedrooms (or three bedrooms and a study) including the master with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is designed to make cooking enjoyable and social and is complemented with a stylish butler's pantry.
The plan includes two living spaces which are away from each other. The main open plan living space and entrance highlight the double height atrium showcasing design features such as raked ceilings, cedar shutters and a cedar wall feature. See a sneak peak of some of our design features below or view the plan for this new show home here.
The second space includes a double garage with an apartment above. The apartment has its own private entry and provides an open plan living, dining and kitchen space, and a spacious master bedroom - all with plenty of storage.
Halswell Commons is a great location for both families and empty nesters alike. The grounds are dotted with walking paths, playgrounds, seating areas and uniquely, shared vegetable gardens and fruit trees scattered throughout. A new children’s day care centre is situated in the heart of Halswell Commons and is in the final stages of completion too.
The location of Halswell Commons is also second to none. Located just 6km from Christchurch’s city centre, you are perfectly positioned for exploring the Port Hills, Banks Peninsula and other nearby gems. You have everything you could ever need on your doorstep. Stage 1 is selling now and there are more stages to come including a retail complex.
Transport wise, Halswell Commons is on the main bus and cycle routes to make commuting easy.
Join us on-site for a look through this stunning new build home which has a Homestar rating system of 7, higher than the minimum building code.
