I met Leianne in late 2018 when I was looking for a house to purchase. I had become extremely frustrated in trying to obtain what I would consider a liveable home with a 2 car garage.
I had been recommended by friends to look at Generation Homes, who had a very good reputation for quality.
From my first meeting with Leianne she just listened to what I wanted in a house and most importantly, my budget. Within 2 weeks she was back to me with a plan for a house with initial ideas and feedback from me.
As well as the house plans, she had a list of sections that would accommodate my proposed house.
I was impressed, as I had not built before and I was in uncharted waters. This is where Leianne excelled. She showed perseverance and had great product knowledge. She knew the house inside and out. Her expertise with the plan and to be able to run a ruler over it to check the scale to see what would fit made it hassle free.
If I had known how stress free it would be with Leianne I would have built years ago.
My outcome is a house that I’m so proud of that fits my requirements, and most importantly it was built for the sum quoted and to my budget.
