Register with us at one of our Park Green Open Days and you will be eligible for a $5,000 (incl. GST) contribution to a curtain and blinds package of your choice from Curtain Studio when you build your new home.

We have house and land packages with water views available in Stage 1, including an opportunity to invest in a new show home, and we are taking Expressions of interest for future stages, including lots in Stage 2B & 2C - with more to come.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To be eligible for the $5,000 (inc gst) curtain and blind packge from Curtain Studio, you must:

1. Submit the your name, address, email and a mobile number on the forms provided at either of our Park Green Open Days (3/9/22 or 10/9/22)
2. Advance to a deposit on any of the Lots available now (Lots 17, 21, 28, 135, 136, 187 or 188) on or before 1st December 2022
3. The package is valid only on contracts which advance to unconditional and will be included as a client variation at no cost to the purchaser
4. Generation Homes will make the payment directly to Curtain Studio to be credited off your chosen curtain and blinds package
5. This contribution cannot be redeemed for cash
6. If a lessor value package is chosen, the unspent value is forfeited.
