There has been a significant increase in lifestyle builds as people look to get out of the city and have space for growing families, animals and hobbies.
Lifestyle properties are typically on larger lots of land which can accommodate larger homes. This may be a bigger section on the fringes of the city e.g. 4000m², or a lifestyle block of two hectares or more. A frequent request from our customers is to add a shed for all the toys (jet ski, campervan, tractor, motorbike etc), or another dwelling that can be used for rental income, Air BNB or extended family. What can be achieved on a lifestyle property will depend on the council rules and covenants.
Lifestyle properties are often not on town water and sewerage supply, so our team can design and implement a fully self-contained water and biolytixs system for the house and number of occupants.
