Once you have selected the design of your house and consents have been granted, it’s all systems go. During Step 1 the foundation of your house is set in the correct position, the underfloor plumbing and drainage is placed and the concrete is poured. This is a great time to organise a visit to site with your Sales Consultant and view the footprint of your new home.
