Hennie and Karen Joubert met Suanne in Millwater show home 4th August 2018 and they signed deposit paperwork on a Millwater House and Land package, which had fully consented plans.
The Joubert’s were buying their first home using their Kiwisaver funds and we assisted in recommending Frances Hardy from the BNZ who was able to secure suitable funding for them.
We completed their contracts and once funding was secured and they completed their Colour Consultation and Electrical meeting, the job was ordered, and we commenced their build on site on the 27th August 2018.
Slab was laid on 3rd September 2018 and client’s were given their move in date of 21st December 2018, which was our standard 16 weeks on site from slab down.
This build was completed in 15 weeks from slab down and the clients moved in on Friday 14th December 2018, which was only four months after first meeting the clients!
