We deliver all of our new home builds to an agreed timeframe for a guaranteed fixed price.

At Generation Homes, we're committed to our Fixed Price Guarantee. Once you sign your building contract, the price of your new home is locked in and won't change. It's a promise we've proudly stood by since 1997, giving our customers confidence and certainty throughout their build journey. Our Fixed Price Guarantee applies to our house and land packages nationwide as well as to the homes we build for clients who have their own land which they wish to build on.

No matter how large or small you choose to build, whether it's on your land or ours, we will protect you from rising prices during the process.
