We deliver all of our builds to an agreed timeframe for a fixed price.

At Generation Homes we are committed to our Fixed Price Guarantee. Once you sign your contract with us, we will not change the price of your new home build. This is our promise to you and we have stood by this promise for 25 years. Our Fixed Price Guarantee applies to our house and land packages nationwide as well as to the homes we build for clients who have their own land which they wish to build on.

No matter how large or small you choose to build, whether it's on your land or ours, we will protect you from rising prices during the process.

We are very proud of the long-term national supply relationships we have and value these relationships immensely. Together we are in a strong position to deliver a quality home you’ll love for a fixed price.
