Craig’s broad background in the property, retail, veterinary and construction industries includes strategic planning, project management, asset management, commercial construction, business development, stakeholder management and contract negotiation. Most recently he has been the Auckland Regional Manager for Cook Brothers Construction for seven years. He has extensive executive management experience and is a Board Member of the New Zealand Institute of Building. 

 Mark Kopke
NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mark has a career spanning 30 years in the construction and property business.  He has been responsible for the construction of a large volume of homes including the completion of multiple award winning top end housing projects.  He has significant experience in both residential and light commercial project management.  He also has managed the civil works for land developments completed and managed the front end from due diligence to completed product to market.  Prior to Generation Homes Mark was business development manager for Placemakers in the Bay of Plenty.

Lauren is passionate about developing people and building culture within an organisation. Lauren has a broad experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle, and when working with Leaders and their teams, leverages off her time spend in a variety of sectors, including roles at House of Travel, AMP Wealth Management, Buddle Findlay (Legal Firm) and now Construction. During her career, Lauren has successfully developed and executed strategies to support employees, enhance workplace dynamics and drive business success.

ACCOUNTANT & BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER

Jordan joined Gerenation New Zealand Limited at the end of 2022. Jordan is a qualified Accountant with interests in business system development and the impact well integrated processes and software can have on business efficiencies. For the past seven years Jordan has worked alongside small and medium businesses, helping them to develop & implement, and manage a variety of system changes. He also has extensive experience in training and developing accounting teams and supporting activities within the Accredo environment.

 Ethan Guerin
IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Ethan is a young IT professional who is located in the Generation Homes national office in Tauranga. His role as IT Systems Administrator is to provide support to all of our regions across New Zealand.  As part of this role, Ethan also looks after the health and security of our systems and alongside Jordan, they work to design and implement improvements to ensure the smooth and successful running of Generation Homes. Prior to joining Generation Homes, Ethan held a teaching role - helping young, budding wannabe programmers learn about coding.

NATIONAL MARKETING DIRECTOR

Hilary is a marketing professional with over 20 years experience and comes from a background in marketing, strategic planning, media, publishing, online, mobile and product development. Experienced in project management she has proven creative and interpersonal skills with an ability to think laterally when problem solving. Hilary has worked across a variety of companies such as Orion Health, Spark (Telecom and Xtra), Saatchi and Saatchi, Jason's Travel Media, Fertility Associates and The Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind. Shelley has been a valuable member of the Generation Homes NZ Marketing team since 2019. Shelley's background is in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Account Management. For the past 15 year she has worked for a variety of IT & Communications companies across New Zealand and London gaining knowledge in Marketing, Copywriting, SEO, Google Search/Display Ads and Analytics. She has extensive experience in managing websites & digital marketing projects. Her most recent accomplishment involved managing the launch of the new Generation Homes website.

Mel has been with Generation Homes since early 2022 and comes from a strong background in media and sales. Mel brings a wealth of knowledge to our business. She enjoys building strategic partnerships and creating relationships with teams to build effective marketing solutions and maximise return on sponsorship opportunities. With over 20 years in sales, Mel understands the importance of the core media mix when building a brand or taking subdivisions and house & land packages to the market.

Georgia is a member of the national marketing team which is based in Tauranga. As the Social Media Manager at Generation Homes, she has a passion for social media and the creativity these channels bring. Georgia comes from an administrative background that means she has an eye for detail and forward planning. With the ability to think outside the box, Georgia is quick to learn and integrate new marketing ideas to our campaigns and day-to-day work. Her role also covers sponsorship activation and building a strong culture within the internal teams.
