With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry and as a successful business owner, Lyndon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. In 2008, Lyndon joined Generation Homes as a Joint Venture Partner and Managing Director. Since then he has played an integral part in the growth in the business both regionally and nationally. He leads the Bay of Plenty team which covers a wide geographical area from Waihi Beach through to Ōpōtiki.Building strong relationships is a key part of the success of his role and he is focused on bringing our company vision 'to be New Zealand's best project partner' to life. Through establishing and leading his regional team, Lyndon has delivered over 1000 homes and built a strong reputation throughout the Bay of Plenty.In 2021 Lyndon became part Generation Homes Strategic Team which has a key focus on business growth. As subdivision development criteria and town planning laws change, the Generation Homes Bay of Plenty business has had to not only adapt to both new building regulations, but also be innovative in the style of housing they build. His company has managed everything from a 10 lot subdivision through to 500 plus homes development. Developments which can consist of anything from stand-alone housing to townhouses and right through to apartments.The region offers a diverse range of residential and commercial residential projects for private owners, investors and commercial partnerships. Lyndon is now actively engaged with growing the commercial residential build side of his business and has ongoing projects with local iwi, councils, retirement villages, family trusts and private landowners.With a focus on the community that he lives, works and raises his children in, Lyndon gives back to the community that has supported him and his business.
