Kyle Pascoe

After nearly five years with Generation Homes in production and Quantity Surveying roles, Kyle is now transitioning into a Sales Consultant position, where he combines his construction knowledge with a passion for helping clients through their building journey.

Born and raised in Whangarei, Kyle brings strong local knowledge and hands-on construction experience to the Generation Homes Northland team. Living in One Tree Point, he has a great understanding of the local community and lifestyle, helping clients find the right home solution for their section, budget and future plans.

Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Construction specialising in Quantity Surveying, Kyle has been involved in the production services and pricing of more than 65 residential builds across a wide range of sizes, styles and specifications. He has also contributed to two major B2B tender submissions, further strengthening his experience in detailed estimating, costing and project coordination.

Kyle’s strong background in QS and production gives clients confidence through accurate, detailed and timely pricing estimates, along with a clear understanding of the construction process from concept through to completion. His practical industry experience allows him to provide clients with transparent advice, realistic budgeting and a smooth, informed building experience from the very beginning.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys fishing, diving, golf and boxing.
