GENERAL MANAGER
With over 30 years of experience in the building industry, Paul brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and leadership to his role as General Manager for Generation Homes Auckland South. Starting out as a carpentry apprentice, Paul worked his way up through site management and project management roles before moving into Auckland’s group housing sector.
In his most recent position, Paul led a team of quantity surveyors and site managers across multiple projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and trade partners to deliver high-quality results.
Known for his strong communication skills and team-focused approach, Paul is passionate about creating positive work environments and tackling challenges head-on. He takes pride in delivering projects on time and to a high standard of craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Paul is a dedicated family man who values honesty, teamwork, and maintaining a positive outlook in all aspects of life.
