General Manager
Rohan brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to Generation Homes, including 10 years as a business owner and leading teams of over 400 people. Those years taught Rohan that great results come from looking after people, whether that's a team, a customer or a community.
As General Manager for Generation Homes in the Bay of Plenty, working alongside Managing Director Lyndon, Rohan is focused on making sure every client is guided with honesty and care from their first conversation through to handover and beyond.
Living and working in the Bay of Plenty, Rohan is passionate about helping local families, investors and community partners build homes and futures they can be proud of.
