Kevin has been CEO with Generation Homes since 2005 and brought a wide range of skills with him such as Business Leadership, Sales Team Management, Human Resources and Business Development, along with having a strong focus on strategic planning, change management and property. He has taken Generation Group from being a Tauranga based housing company, to a company with representation in all key growth areas of New Zealand. Prior to joining Generation Homes, Kevin spent many years involved in property management and the banking industry, with a large amount of his experience gained at Westpac Bank.
Sharon is the project lead on the implementation of our new, integrated software and CRM systems throughout our New Zealand businesses.
She is an accountant who has worked with a range of organisations in London, New York and New Zealand. Sharon brings a strong financial discipline to Generation Homes as well project management, system analysis, process development and management reporting.
Mark has a career spanning 30 years in the construction and property business. He has been responsible for the construction of a large volume of homes including the completion of multiple award winning top end housing projects. He has significant experience in both residential and light commercial project management. He also has managed the civil works for land developments completed and managed the front end from due diligence to completed product to market. Prior to Generation Homes Mark was business development manager for Placemakers in the Bay of Plenty.
Hilary is a marketing professional with over 20 years experience and comes from a background in marketing, strategic planning, media, publishing, online, mobile and product development. Experienced in project management she has proven creative and interpersonal skills with an ability to think laterally when problem solving. Hilary has worked across a variety of companies such as Orion Health, Spark (Telecom & Xtra), Saatchi and Saatchi, Jason's Travel Media, Fertility Associates and The Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind.
Rachael joined the Generation Homes team in January 2021, bringing over 20 years experience in human resources, leadership and organisational development across a range of roles and industries including manufacturing, media and professional services, as well as independent consulting. Rachael’s areas of expertise include development and implementation of people strategies to enhance talent acquisition, performance, engagement and culture, individual and team development, and change management. Rachael leads our people development strategy, with a focus on growing our business through enhancing the growth, development and success of our people.
