How to apply

If you enter into an agreement to purchase house and land package for the eligible Lots (30 or 37) in Maea Fields or Lots (4 or 5) in Waipiko Landing with (GH (Waipa/Coromandel) Ltd) trading as Generation Homes Waikato Central from 19 May 2026 and the agreement is unconditional on or before 31 August 2026, you will be eligible for a one-off cash-back payment of $10,000.00 (including GST) (Cash-Back Payment).  If you wish to take up this offer to receive the Cash-Back Payment, simply let our Sales Consultant know and we will include it in your agreement.  

How will you receive the Cash-Back Payment

The Cash-Back Payment will be paid to your nominated bank account by Generation Homes Waikato Central when your Building consent, from local Council, is issued for your build to start. After your agreement becomes unconditional, if your agreement is cancelled for any reason prior to settlement, any money paid by us under this promotion will be immediately repayable by you to us.

Privacy

If you choose to participate in this promotion, we will be required to collect your nominated bank account details from you. This information will be kept in accordance with the Generation Homes Privacy Policy linked here.
