Measure for Treasure – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promotion is run by Generation Homes (GH Hamilton North Ltd) (“the Promoter”).
  2. Promotion Period
    The Measure for Treasure competition runs Sunday 19 April, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (NZT).
    Entries submitted outside of this time period will not be eligible.

  3. How to Enter
    To enter the promotion, participants must:

    • Find the advertised “treasure”
    • Measure the treasure’s length and height
    • Submit their measurements via the QR code form or by emailing the details to the address provided

    All required fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

  4. Eligibility
    Entry is open to New Zealand residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  5. Prize
    The prize consists of one (1) $100 movie voucher.
    The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  6. Winner Selection & Notification
    The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The winner will be notified using the contact details supplied at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  7. Accuracy & Liability
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrect, late, lost, misdirected, or not received due to technical or other issues. Measurement accuracy does not guarantee winning, as the prize is determined by random draw.
  8. Privacy
    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy obligations.
  9. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
