How to apply
If you enter into a conditional agreement with Generation Homes (Christchurch South) Limited to purchase 117 Jean Archie Drive, Arbor Green, Rolleston (Lot 690a) between Monday 19th January 2026 and Saturday 31st January 2026 (inclusive), you will be eligible for a one-off cash-back payment of $5,000.00 (including GST) (Cash-Back Payment). 

How will you receive the Cash-Back Payment
The Cash-Back Payment will be paid to your nominated bank account by Generation Homes (Christchurch South) Limited on the date of settlement when funds are in the Solicitors bank account. 

Privacy
If you choose to participate in this promotion, we will be required to collect your nominated bank account details from you. This information will be kept in accordance with the Generation Homes Privacy Policy linked here.
