At Generation Homes Bay of Plenty (GD Tauranga Limited), we understand that building or buying a new home is a significant decision. To celebrate our Ngawai Show Home Opening, we are pleased to offer eligible customers a one-off cashback payment of $12,000 (including GST).

How to Apply

To qualify for this promotion, you must:

• Enter into an agreement to purchase an eligible house and land package within Stage 1A, First Release at Ngawai, Te Puke with GD Tauranga Limited trading as Generation Homes Bay of Plenty;
• Pay the required holding deposit on or before 11 October 2026; and Unconditional by 30 November 2026
• Be one of the first four eligible purchasers to satisfy these conditions.
• If you enter into an agreement to purchase house and land package within Stage 1A, First Release at Ngawai, Te Puke with GD Tauranga Limited trading as Generation Homes Bay of Plenty; from 1 September 2026 and pay the required holding deposit on or before 11 October 2026; and Unconditional by 30 November 2026 you will be eligible for a one-off cash-back payment of $12,000 (including GST) (Cash-Back Payment). If you wish to take up this offer to receive the Cash-Back Payment, simply let our Sales Consultant know and we will include it in your agreement.

Cashback Payment

The $12,000 cashback payment will be paid to your nominated bank account by Generation Homes Bay of Plenty on final settlement and handover of the home. After your agreement becomes unconditional, if your agreement is cancelled for any reason prior to settlement, any money paid by us under this promotion will be immediately repayable by you to us.

If you participate in this promotion, we may collect your personal information, including your nominated bank account details, for the purpose of administering the promotion.

• Generation Homes Bay of Plenty is not responsible for any tax consequences arising from receipt of the cashback payment. Purchasers should seek independent taxation advice if required.
• Generation Homes Bay of Plenty reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, provided such change does not affect purchasers who have already qualified under these terms.
