Window Treatment Package from Curtain Studio Limited
1. GH (Rotorua/Taupō) Limited (“Generation Homes Central North Island”) is pleased to offer all eligible customers a window treatment package to the retail value of $11,700.00 (including GST).
2. This offer is open from 16 March 2024 to 28 June 2024 (“Promotion Period”) on the terms and conditions set out below.
3. Generation Homes Central North Island employees, contractors, affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible to enter into this promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
4. Generation Homes Central North Island will be running the Show Home Opening promotion at our new Show Home located at 16 Maru Terrace, Nga Roto Estate, Taupo during the Promotion Period.
5. To be eligible for the Show Home Opening promotion, the client (you) must:
a) enter into an agreement to purchase a house and land package or build contract (“Agreement”); and
b) satisfy all the conditions in the Agreement for your sole benefit and pay the deposit due under the Agreement during the Promotion Period, and the Agreement goes unconditional.
6. Once client (you) has satisfied all conditions for your sole benefit, you will be eligible for the window treatment package to be applied to the new build detailed in the Agreement.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
9. The window treatment package cannot be changed, exchanged or exchanged for cash.
10. The offer ends on Friday 28th June 2024.
11. The product will be provided at Practical Completion of the house build stated in the Agreement.
12. One Window Treatment package per Agreement.
13. The client (you) acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, Generation Homes Central North Island accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage, illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the Window Treatments. Client (you) accepts the use of this product at their own risk.
14. Generation Homes Central North Island reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the promotion and to update these terms and conditions on Generation Homes Central North Island’s website (https://www.generation.co.nz/news) and social media channels without notice.
15. Should this competition be cancelled notification will be published on Generation Homes Central North Island’s website (https://www.generation.co.nz/news) and social media channels.
16. Client (you) name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the promotion, you agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
17. Agreements for the sale of house and land packages are entered into at the discretion of the Managing Director of Generation Homes Central North Island.
