Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, participants must:
Visit the Generation Homes stand (#164) during the Promotion Period.
Spin the promotional prize wheel and receive a prize allocation.
Enter into a building contract with Generation Homes Canterbury.
Have the building contract declared unconditional by 18 December 2026. To proceed, please make contact with our team before the end of October.
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
Promotion Prizes:
Participants will spin a prize wheel displaying numbers 1-8. Each number corresponds to one of the following prizes:
Architect Consultancy (For Preliminary and Developed designs only)
Engineered Stone Benchtop (20mm thickness. Pantry not included)
Master WIR Upgrade (Walk-in robe joinery upgrade. Max value of $3,000NZD)
Tiled Shower (1m x 1m dimension level entry tiled shower with strip drain and frameless glass door)
Additional Heat Pump (Daikin 4.2KW)
Overhead Kitchen Cupboards (to the value of $3,500.00NZD)
Mystery Prizes (Allocated at the time of event to which the Generation Homes team will allocate a mystery prize of their choice)
The prize allocated by the spin is the only prize the participant may claim if all eligibility requirements are met.
Prize Redemption
The prize is not awarded at the time of the spin. Only mystery prizes will be awarded at the time of the spin.
The prize becomes available only when all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Prizes will be incorporated into the participant's new Generation Homes build contract where applicable.
Contract discounts will be applied as a credit against the building contract and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
This voucher is transferable and may be gifted to someone planning to build. To be eligible for the Generation Homes Referral Programme, the referrer must register via the Generation Homes website (www.generation.co.nz/referral-programme) before making the referral. A $2,000 referral reward may be payable if the referred build goes unconditional by 18 December 2026. Referral Programme terms and conditions apply.
General Conditions
Limit of one spin and one prize allocation per household.
The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter.
Prizes cannot be substituted for alternative products, upgrades, or credits.
The prize has no standalone cash value and cannot be applied to any existing Generation Homes contract signed before 16 October 2026.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Generation Homes offer, promotion, cashback campaign, discount, or incentive unless approved in writing by the Promoter.
If a contract is cancelled, terminated, does not proceed to unconditional status by 18 December 2026, the prize entitlement will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a product of equal or greater value where necessary due to supplier availability, product discontinuation, or circumstances beyond its control.
Any upgrades are subject to the Promoter's standard specifications, supplier availability, engineering requirements, and regional build requirements.
The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion.

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with Generation Homes' Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy legislation.
