This promotion is conducted by:
Generation Homes Waikato Central (GH (Waipa/Coromandel) Ltd) 32 Keri Rua Road, Leamington, Cambridge 3495, New Zealand
and
Generation Homes Hamilton and Waikato North (GH Hamilton North Ltd) 14 Barrance Avenue, Rototuna North, Hamilton 3210, New Zealand
(together referred to as "Generation Homes" or "the Promoter").
Promotion Period
The promotion is available exclusively at the Waikato Home & Garden Show located at:
Claudelands Arena
Gate 4, Brooklyn Road, Claudelands, Hamilton 3214

From 1 October 2026 to 4 October 2026 inclusive.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, participants must:
Visit the Generation Homes stand (#316) during the Promotion Period.
Spin the promotional prize wheel and receive a prize allocation.
Enter into a building contract with either Generation Homes Waikato Central or Generation Homes Hamilton and Waikato North.
Pay the required drawing deposit by 26 October 2026.
Have the building contract declared unconditional by 16 November 2026.
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
Promotion Prizes:
Participants will spin a prize wheel displaying numbers 1-8. Each number corresponds to one of the following prizes:
Digital Entry Lock (Yale 7220 + Access Kit)
Stone Benchtop Upgrade (20mm Primestone)
Master WIR Upgrade to Pacific Collection
$5,000 Kitchen Appliance Upgrade
Tiled Shower (900 x 900 dimension)

The prize allocated by the spin is the only prize the participant may claim if all eligibility requirements are met.
Prize Redemption
The prize is not awarded at the time of the spin.
The prize becomes available only when all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Prizes will be incorporated into the participant's new Generation Homes build contract where applicable.
Cashback or contract discounts will be applied as a credit against the building contract and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
General Conditions
Limit of one spin and one prize allocation per household.
The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter.
Prizes cannot be substituted for alternative products, upgrades, or credits.
The prize has no standalone cash value and cannot be applied to any existing Generation Homes contract signed before 1 October 2026.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Generation Homes offer, promotion, cashback campaign, discount, or incentive unless approved in writing by the Promoter.
If a contract is cancelled, terminated, does not proceed to unconditional status by 16 November 2026, or the drawing deposit is not paid by 26 October 2026, the prize entitlement will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a product of equal or greater value where necessary due to supplier availability, product discontinuation, or circumstances beyond its control.
Any upgrades are subject to the Promoter's standard specifications, supplier availability, engineering requirements, and regional build requirements.
The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used in accordance with Generation Homes' Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy legislation.
