AGREEMENT & CONTRACT
Following the initial consultation, our team will collaborate with you and our architects to develop a customised plan that meets your unique residential or commercial building requirements.
Our objective is to surpass your expectations by delivering a distinctive and practical design that aligns with your building needs.
PROJECT ACTIVATION
Once all the necessary details have been finalised and approved, we will proceed with the building contract and submit the building consent application. *Please note that in some cases, this step may not be necessary.
We will then provide you with a well-defined production building methodology and timeline for the construction process.
PROJECT UPDATES & COMPLETION
After all details have been finalised and signed-off, site works and construction will commence and we will keep you informed on progress throughout the entire project through to completion.
