GH (Northland) Limited (“Generation Homes Northland”) is pleased to offer eligible customers a GET SET FOR SUMMER PACKAGE when they go unconditional with Generation Homes Northland. This offer is open from 10 August 2026 until 30 November 2026 “Promotion Period”) on the terms and conditions set out below.  All other entities with the Generation Homes Group are not part of this promotion.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE  

When you enter into an agreement to purchase a house and land package (“Agreement”) with Generation Homes Northland and satisfy all conditions in the Agreement for your sole benefit and go unconditional during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible for the GET SET FOR SUMMER PACKAGE.

This promotion only applies to house and land packages sold by Generation Homes Northland. It does not apply to house and land packages sold outside of this Promotional Period or any packages offered by other companies within the Generation Home group of companies.

Terms and Conditions

• Prizes cannot be exchanged or exchanged for cash.
• The offer ends on 30th November 2026.
• Handover of below mention products can be at unconditional stage of the contract or delivered to the homeowner at handover of the property.  
• If you advise Generation Homes Northland (GH (Northland) Limited) in writing via solicitors approval, that your building contract is unconditional before 30 November 2026, you will receive the following products on the date mutually agreed and in agreed in writing.
