Since 2018, Jacob Pille has been a key part of the Generation Homes team. In 2021 he became the owner and Managing Director of the Northland business.

Leveraging his 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, Jacob brings both his practical and managerial skills to any project. From high-end architectural builds, to multi-home residential projects, Jacob has an eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

His career began in Kerikeri with a carpentry apprenticeship. Moving through the different roles as his career developed, he has been the Lead Hand, Foreman and Estimator, all of which provided him with a solid foundation to run a group home builder business.

Jacob’s core strengths are running a team that looks for solutions and focuses on how to resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner while maintaining the quality that we expect in each build project. The team continually achieve our core promise to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe and at a fixed price.

Jacob and his family live in one of their key build markets – the stunning seaside community of One Tree Point. Here he enjoys all of the outdoor activities this region has to offer.
