Lyndon has been in the building industry for 15 years both as a builder and business owner. He was the first on board as a Generation Homes Joint Venture Partner which started in the Taupo/Rotorua region in 2008. Since then, Lyndon has gone on to run the Generation Homes region of Bay of Plenty.
Leith Swinney is our Operations Manager for the Bay of Plenty. A qualified carpenter with 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Leith brings experience from residential to large scale commercial construction with half of that as a professional project manager on the consulting side of the sector with extensive experience from minor shop fit outs to $60 million dollar projects including large scale leaky building remediation and building condition assessments.Leith leads our production and site teams locally and is passionate about the built environment and making it as easy as possible for families to reach their home ownership goals.
