My partner and I had been looking for some time to build our own home for our family and had made an offer on a build package in Huapai. We were under the impression that we wouldn’t be able to build in our preferred suburb of Riverhead for under 1 million, until we came across Generation Homes.
Generation Homes were recommended to us by close family who had built with them previously. They offered us a really simple and stress-free purchase.
Hamish Jackson, New Home Consultant, was our single point of contact during the entire build process and it made things much easier. No questions went unanswered, and even to this day a year later, he is still there to answer any questions or needs we may have.
The build itself went really well, it was ahead of time and on budget exactly as promised.
The builders were good kiwi blokes who were exceptional at what they did. Quality was what we were assured and it’s exactly what they delivered. We’re really happy that we have a solid home that will stand the test of time.
My only advice to people looking to build, spend a bit extra and do it right the first time with a company that will back what they create, long after the tools have been put away.
