Riverhead Show Home Opening

12 August 2020

We are proud to be opening the doors to our new Riverhead Show Home this Saturday the 15th of August. Make an appointment and be the first to view this stunning, modern architecturally designed home, offering versatile living spaces for all ages.

Located at 1175 Coatesville-Riverhead Highway, this home echoes the barn style of rural New Zealand buildings. The dark coloured Oblique weatherboard and Coloursteel roofing provide a striking contrast to the natural rusticated cedar weatherboards.

Essentially made up of two pavilions. The first pavilion consists of a stunning open plan living, dining and family room featuring a raking ceiling and dual sided gas fireplace for heating and ambience. Clever additions to the design include a study nook, covered alfresco area for entertaining outdoors in all seasons and at the heart of the home a cook’s kitchen with freestanding oven and scullery with a feature barn door.

The second pavilion houses four generous bedrooms, including a master retreat with ensuite and access to the outdoors, bathroom, powder room, laundry and double internal access garaging complete this wing.

Quality timber floors, solution dyed nylon carpet and patterned floor tiles in the bathroom, ensuite & powder room combine with fresh white tiles on the walls to create a classic and timeless aesthetic.

To make an appointment either contact one of our Sales Consultants or call the Show Home on 09 412 9139. At Level 3 Show Homes are allowed to operate but by appointment only.
